DELIVERY TIME

We endeavor to deliver the financed asset to you within a span of 5-7 working days from signing of finance contract through the authorized dealer.

www.tayseerme.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of KSA.

APPLICATION TRACKING

An application number will be provided to you so you can track the process of your finance application.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We aim to create and deliver financial solutions for your appreciation and satisfaction. Tayseer return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 7 working days.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

Please do not accept a financed product that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged asset and ask the delivery person to cancel the application. Please contact Tayseer Finance with the application number via our contact form to inform us of this in case it happens.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong car or product, please get in touch with us within 24 hours by either calling us at 920010181, or via the contact form.
